LIMITED WARRANTIES
This limited warranty is given to the initial end user of new products purchased from Apex. The limited warranty is valid for as long as the initial end user owns the product The limited warranty which is non transferable, runs from the date of goods delivered and covers defects in materials and workmanship found during normal usage of the products. If a product is defective and if written notice of the defect is given to Apex within the Applicable Period, then Apex at its option will either repair or replace the defective with a comparable component or product

LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE
Apex will provide a complete warranty during the first Twelve (12) months with free component part replacement, inspection & rectification service. During the applicable warranty period, Apex will replace the defective component part without charge for the part. The provision of labor and transport service charge is chargeable based on the destination of site involved;
After the applicable warranty period, Apex will continue to provide service support. The component part needs to replace and transport costs shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
This warranty does not apply to "normal wear and tear", and it does not apply to any product that has been damaged by rough handling, or transportation or that has been altered to consumable products. A product will not be considered defective and Apex will not be obligated to repair or replace it if the product is not installed and used as recommended by Apex. A natural variation occurring in wood, fabric, or leather is not considered a defect under the term of this warranty. Apex does not warrant the colorfastness or the matching color, grain, or texture of wood, fabric, or leather. Apex may discontinue some fabrics or finishes before the expiration of the applicable warranty period. All seat cushion cores will soften with normal use and will confirm to the shape of the user. This shall be considered normal wear, and shall not be considered a loss of resiliency or a material manufacturing defect. Apex warranty does not cover wooden worktop defects in cuts, scratches, damage caused by impacts or accidents, incorrect handling, improper cleaning methods, or worktop exposure in humid environments.
REPLACEMENT /EXCHANGE POLICY
Contact our sales office or sales executive in charge, and provide us proof of purchase. Apex warranty sticker is required for the limited warranty to be valid.
Apex will assign operation team, examine the products and decide, at its sole discretion, if it is covered under this limited warranty. If considered covered, APEX through its own service operations, will then, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. If the item is no longer sold by Apex, Apex will provide an appropriate replacement. It is Apex that determines, at its sole discretion, what constitutes an appropriate replacement.

IN NO EVENT SHALL APEX OFFICE FUNITURE EXPORTER SON BHD BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR INDIRECT LOSS OR DAMAGE OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, HOWSOEVER CAUSED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF ANTICIPATED BENEFITS OR PROFITS, LOSS OF SAVINGS OR REVENUE, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF CONTRACTS, INJURY TO PROPERTY, RESULTING FROM THE PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ARISING FROM BREACH OF THE WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT TORT, WHETHER INDIRECT OR DIRECT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL APEX OFFICE FURNITURE EXPORTER SON BHD RESPONSIBILITY EXCEEDS THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT OR ITS REPLACEMENT.
